4 pounds ground beef, thawed (Click here to find grassfed beef)
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons dried basil (Click here to find basil)
2 teaspoons sea salt (Click here to find celtic sea salt)
4 dashes cayenne pepper (Click here to find cayenne pepper)
Mix seasoning and meat together. (It's easiest to mix with bare hands.) Shape into balls, I like to do walnut sized meatballs. Fry over medium heat until browned on all sides and cooked through, approximately 30-45 minutes. (The larger the meatballs, the longer they will take to cook.)
It takes less time spent over the stove if you bake them, but they taste by far better if they are fried. I make such a large amount and then use leftovers for lunches or easy meals through the week.
Serve with wholesome bread and carrot salad and it makes a delicious meal!
